Location:
Central Asia
Project Type:
Paraffin Cracking Furnace Unit
Scope:
Engineering, Procurement and Construction
The project involves the construction of a paraffin cracking furnace unit utilizing high-temperature steam cracking technology to convert light hydrocarbon feedstock into valuable petrochemical products. The facility consists of five cracking furnaces designed for stable and continuous operation at elevated temperatures.

The unit processes ethane, propane, butane, and pentane as feedstock, producing ethylene and propylene as primary products. The technology ensures efficient thermal conversion, optimized product yield, and reliable performance under demanding operating conditions. The project is based on proven technology supplied by Lummus Technology.
Technical Parameters:
Number of furnaces: 5 units
Capacity: 30 tons per hour (per furnace / unit total depending on design)
Feedstock: Ethane, Propane, Butane, Pentane
Products: Ethylene, Propylene
Cracking temperature: ~850°C
Operation mode: Continuous duty

High-efficiency olefin production (ethylene & propylene)
Proven steam cracking technology
Flexible feedstock utilization
Stable operation at high temperatures
Integration into petrochemical production chains
High reliability and industrial performance
