Responsibilities

To ensure a timely and efficient procurement process for oil and gas projects, including supplier sourcing and qualification, negotiations, delivery control, and cost optimization in compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the full procurement cycle (from request to delivery) for oil and gas projects

• Analyze project requirements (equipment, materials, services)

• Source, prequalify, and evaluate suppliers (including international vendors)

• Conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding delivery terms, pricing, and timelines

• Perform comparative analysis of commercial proposals (technical & commercial evaluation)

• Prepare and manage contracts, monitor their execution

• Control delivery timelines, quality, and compliance with project requirements

• Coordinate with engineering, project, and construction teams

• Ensure procurement activities align with the project budget

• Ensure compliance of supplies with standards (API, ISO, project specifications)

• Participate in inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) when required

• Maintain procurement documentation and reporting

• Manage risks within the procurement process

• Develop and maintain a database of qualified suppliers

• Ensure transparency of procurement procedures

• Contribute to the optimization of procurement processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (technical, economic, or management-related)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the oil and gas industry

• Knowledge of procurement processes within EPC/EPCM projects

• Understanding of technical documentation and specifications

• Experience working with international suppliers

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Fluency in Russian and English

• Negotiation and contract management skills

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
