Responsibilities

To ensure comprehensive management of oil and gas projects across all stages of their lifecycle - from initiation to completion while meeting HSE requirements, timelines, budget, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full project management in the oil and gas sector (EPC/EPCM) from planning through completion

• Develop and align project plans (schedule, resources, budget)

• Coordinate engineering, construction, and contractor activities

• Ensure work execution complies with industry standards and HSE requirements

• Manage project risks, including technical, operational, and HSE risks

• Monitor delivery schedules for equipment and materials

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors

• Oversee quality control of work execution (QA/QC)

• Maintain project documentation and reporting

• Organize and lead project meetings

• Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders

• Prepare regular reports for management and clients

• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations

• Participate in tenders and preparation of commercial proposals

• Contribute to optimization of project and operational processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Project Management

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the oil and gas industry

• Experience in delivering projects (EPC/EPCM, upstream/downstream is an advantage)

• Knowledge of international standards (API, ISO, HSE)

• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Fluency in English and Russian

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Risk management and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and high responsibility
