Responsibilities

To support the successful execution of oil and gas projects by managing engineering deliverables, coordinating across disciplines, supporting procurement and vendors, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review ITBs/RFQs, client specifications, drawings, and standards; prepare clarifications, exceptions, and deviations

• Define engineering scope and develop preliminary PFD/P&ID markups

• Prepare technical proposals including datasheets, equipment lists (MTO), narratives, compliance matrices, and schedule assumptions

• Produce and review engineering deliverables: PFDs/P&IDs, equipment datasheets/passports, instrument and line lists, hookup details

• Coordinate with mechanical, process, electrical, instrumentation, and civil disciplines to ensure interface alignment and document control

• Prepare technical RFQs, define evaluation criteria, and lead bid evaluations with clear technical recommendations

• Manage vendor documentation, expedite critical drawings/data, and review FAT procedures and ITPs

• Provide on-site technical support: respond to RFIs, support field engineering, and close punch lists

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in oil and gas projects

• Fluency in Russian and English

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

• Understanding of engineering documentation, project workflows, and industry standards
