Water Storage & Supply System
Scope:
Engineering, Procurement and Construction
Fire and technical water storage system (2 × 10,000 m³) with 2 × 300 m³/h pumps, designed for reliable supply, redundancy, and stable hydraulic performance (API/NFPA compliant).

Water storage and supply system comprising two cylindrical tanks (2 × 10,000 m³) and pumping units rated at 2 × 300 m³/h. The system ensures reliable fire-water and technical-water supply under normal and emergency operating conditions. The tanks are constructed from welded steel sections on reinforced foundations, ensuring structural integrity, leak tightness, and long-term durability. The system is designed in accordance with API 650 for welded storage tanks, NFPA 22 for water storage tanks for fire protection, and NFPA 20 for fire pump systems, ensuring compliance with international fire safety and industrial standards. Integrated intake and distribution systems provide stable flow, efficient replenishment, and controlled water delivery. The configuration ensures redundancy, stable hydraulic performance, and uninterrupted operation for critical industrial applications.
- Integrated design coordination across civil, mechanical, and piping disciplines
- Full-cycle project execution: engineering, construction supervision, and commissioning
- Reliable fire-water reserve compliant with industrial safety standards
- Enhanced operational continuity through redundant storage and pumping configuration
- Optimized hydraulic performance ensuring stable pressure and flow distribution
- Increased plant safety and resilience under emergency and peak load conditions
